After a search on google i found Hear and Now. I'd been suffering with a build up of wax after an ear infection. I've always had the traditional wet mothod which normally resulted in more infections. This suction method was a game changer. Even got to look onto my ear afterwards. Great service from a great family business.

First class service professional and friendly

Hear and Now is a very highly qualified company that has provided me with revolutionary hearing aids that have resulted in having an impressive beneficial effect on my hearing. These have reduced my tinnitus to the extent that I am now benefiting from the almost total absence of annoying tinnitus sounds.

Just had new hearing aids fitted by Hear and Now. Amazing how the technology keeps on improving since my last set of hearing aids. As ever, the service was friendly and of the high professional standard that I always receive from Hear and Now.

I had fantastic and professional service on my last check up, I was greeted with a friendly smile from Emma, I had a very thorough check up with Yan who as always greeted me with a smile, she explained to me in detail what the check up entailed.
I explained to Yan that maybe a slight adjustment to my hearing aid would help me, Yan explained that she would give me a test called
REM ( real ear measurement) this test will verify how a hearing aid performs inside a persons ear canal this allows the audiologist to precisely adjust the
Hearing aids settings for optimal amplification based on the individual’s unique ear shape and hearing loss., my hearing is now even sharper than before .

I don’t ever do reviews, but Hear and Now just had to be an exception. They are professional and very knowledgeable which you would expect when paying for a service but unfortunately these days it is not always the case. Hear and Now take it to another level, not only do you receive a high quality friendly service but you leave feeling like you are part of their family and actually look forward to your next appointment, you feel as though you could just pop in to say hello and be genuinely welcome. I visited for earwax removal and was treated by the delightful Debbie. She was so helpful, professional
and friendly; as was Gil when I booked the appointment.
I had a residual concern after the treatment and was seen immediately. Debbie resolved this completely and there was no further charge, even though my other ear was treated.
Extremely impressed by their service and kindness and would never go anywhere else.

I have been putting off having hearing aids for so long but finally plucked up the courage to make an appointment with Yan at Hear & Now and it’s the best thing I could ever have done. I felt listened to and empathised with. I also was made to feel very relaxed and found Yan to be very professional whilst we also had some lighthearted moments too in subsequent follow up appointments. Would recommend one hundred per cent and that’s something I rarely do.

Although the deterioration of my hearing didn't bother me too much, it was becoming very frustrating for my family. I'm very confident with technology and good about looking after my health but the thought of hearing aids was daunting. From the first visit the team at Hear & Now have been superb. Mike Wells is the most patient audiologist and has helped me so much. I'm now extremely confident with my hearing aids, which are incredibly discreet and easy to wear. The payback was a dinner with one of my sons in a noisy restaurant and a conversation with my granddaughter - both said it was the first time for ages that I hadn't asked them to repeat themselves. After being advised I needed hearing aids in September, I decided to purchase them from Hear and Now. From the very beginning I received a first class service. The traditional water based irrigation system they use is far more effective than the micro suction system, which other local providers use and failed to restore hearing over 18 months and 3 visits. 100% hearing restored today. So glad our doctor recommended them. Would highly recommend quick, efficient and professional, thank you!

I approached Hear & Now in Ripon to get some new Hearing Aids. My old ones had packed up after about 9 years usage.

After a rather disappointing journey with the NHS, I was looking for something better to enhance my deteriorating hearing. Hear and Now has provided that improvement with excellent, professional and independent advice, consistent over a period of some five years now. The level of customer care is excellent, and I would recommend them to others seeking assistance with hearing loss.

After trying other private hearing practitioners, it was refreshing to find an audiologist who took the time to really understand my hearing issues and supply devices that improved my day to day hearing. Highly recommended.
